The Maryland Parkway Music Festival will take place on Labor Day Weekend, Friday, Sep 2nd through Sunday, Sep 4th, 2011 in Las Vegas, NV.

This end of summer, back to school, multi-day event will feature music, art, poets, vendors, exhibits, demonstrations and more! The festival will take place along historic Maryland Parkway as well as around the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) district.

The festival will feature local and touring bands and musicians as well as spoken word artists. From a band who’s been written about in Rolling Stone, to the Vegas Music Rock Awards winner for Best Rock band, to the younger musicians just starting out, the goal of the festival is to showcase the diverse cultures, talents and businesses of this street and its neighborhoods.
